Any purchased Education will be solely owned by who it was purchased. Indy Hair Method is in no way allowed to be reproduced or taught to others without the consent of Hailey Towery (Owner Indyhair, LLC)
Return Policy:
Extension Hair, Indy Hair Extensions are individually inspected to insure a high quality before shipment. Once the hair has been unwrapped from its original rings and elastic band, it is not able to be returned or exchanged. In order for a return or exchange to be accepted the hair must be in its original form and condition. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please send and email to indyhairextensions@gmail.com for more information on this matter or to place a return or exchange.
Classes, Once a class has been purchased you are granted access to our education class. Once the class has been available to you, you are unable to return your kit or class purchase. If a tool or an item in your kit has arrived damaged or defective, we are able to exchange it for the same item. Please leave an email with a picture of the item and a description.
